Loving a Taurean

Of all the 12 signs of the zodiac, Taurus has the reputation as the most sensual. And certainly, given that Taurus is is an earthy sign, those born with the Sun positioned here usually live up to it. Enjoying a Taurean’s capacity to give and receive exceptional pleasure, both carnal and otherwise, comes at a price: typically, they are the center of gravity in most of their relationships. Usually, you must go to the Taurean who catches your interest if you want to win their heart. Be prepared to be loyal to keep it.

Their planetary star Venus just reinforces the above and also inclines them to appreciate beauty in all its forms. Flowers, and other traditional gifts, almost always succeeds in making a Taurean’s heart go pitter-patter. Or at the very least, incline it in your direction. Taureans tend to be a fixed on what’s before them so it takes time for them to something else. They have one other speed and it’s slower! So go slow: taking sweet time in developing rapport is likely to be rewarded by a focus unmatched by any other sign if they deem you worthy.

Taurus is said to be a jealous sign because of its so-called innate proclivity to possessiveness. It may not be true of every Taurean, but certainly these folk are often into owning things, and sometimes this gets played out in their relationships. The reason for this is that beneath the stable exterior they typically project is a niggling little anxiety that no amount of whatever they think is valuable can placate. If they don’t have a handle on this psychological dynamic, they can be overly controlling of not just of their relationships, but everything in their lives. Relentlessly so!

The quality Taurus most needs to cultivate is inner peace. If you can support them in this, you’ll have a loyal rock of support for a lifetime.
